Aerospace Career Catalyst was created with a simple goal: to help people build practical skills that can open doors to careers in the aerospace industry.
ACC was founded by aerospace professionals who saw firsthand that a traditional college path isn't the only way to build a successful career. With more than 60 years of combined aerospace experience among our board members and instructors, our team brings real-world industry knowledge directly into the classroom.
Our hands-on training focuses on skills used in aerospace manufacturing and production, including structures, composites, electrical, and systems. Students don't just learn about the work — they get the opportunity to practice it.
Our roots began with successful hands-on training programs in the Antelope Valley. Those experiences helped shape what ACC is becoming today: a nonprofit focused on creating accessible training opportunities for veterans, adults entering or re-entering the workforce, and young adults preparing for their future.
